Éclat team rider Ty Morrow’s signature tire
The Ty Morrow signature tire by Éclat has been in the making since 2017, and now finally got to the stores mid-2019. It has been tested, re-designed, tested, optimized and so on in close collaboration with Ty, in order to make it perfect for his needs.
Specific about the tread pattern
Mr. Morrow had some requirements regarding the design and the functionality of his tire, which were all fulfilled. He wanted:
- A fast-rolling tire, with a fast-rolling center line
- A super-grippy edge design, providing a lot of traction when laying the bike on the sides
- To be able to shred all different terrains with the same tire
- Fat 2.40″ design for great control and a cool look
- A solid tire casing, holding up to the heavy impacts he puts his tires through
- Colorful sidewall graphics that matches his signature Ty bars.
