Register an Account?
At Rite.se there is no need to register an account before you want to buy something. All information is available for everyone, both registered and unregistered customers. You sign up the account on the first page of the checkout process and after that you may then proceed to complete your purchase. We believe that this is the most easy and convinient way for customers to do their shopping!
Information on the Site
Rite.se reserves the right for misinformation in the webshop. To be absolutely sure of getting accurate information about the products we recommend that you visit the manufacturer´s website. We have a wide range of products and are unable to check the accuracy of the information on a daily basis. Of course, we do our best, but errors may occur.
Conditions of Purchase
All prices on this page are excluding VAT.
We reserve the right to change prices without passing notice.
For unclaimed goods the customer will get charged for freight costs, administration costs and postal charges.
Card frauds and orders under a false name / address will be notified to the police immediately.
All orders are binding. For cancellation after an order have been made there will be a charge of 30% of the order amount or 30% of the products amount at cancellation of individual goods.
By purchasing at Rite.se you agree with that you are familiar with these terms of purchase and accepts them.
All warranty cases where goods have been damaged through normal usage is managed between the customer and Rite.se. We will then contact the manufacturer of the product.
The customer shall be borne freight cost and other incidental costs for returning the goods.

) or by phone at 019 - 24 02 75 and we will take the matter to the manufacturer for expert help. The manufacturer will then do an asessment of the product and decide whether it should be reclaimed or if the error have been caused by normal wear alternatively improper installation.
Please note. In order to make the warranty apply for the complete bikes they must be assembled by a qualified bicycle mechanic. This instruction is also mentioned on most bike packages.
Right to Complain
Should your product be defective at arrival (and not damaged during transport, see "Transport damages"
) you may claim compensation. This requires that you let us know how extensive the damage is before you send it back so that we can approve your claim. If the goods shows to be in working order an administration-fee will be charged. The fee is 45 EUR.

Refund / Exchange
You can get a refund / exchange within 14 days if you should not be satisfied with your purchase.

Returns are accepted only if the affected product is unused and in unopened original packaging. The customer pays for the return shipping.
Ordering by Phone, Fax or Letter
It is possible to order goods from our shop by telephone, fax or by sending a letter to us. However, we do recommend that you use our webshop since it simplifies significantly for us and allows us to process your order much faster.
It is possible to supplement an order as long as the order status has not become "packed". Send your e-mail to email@example.com
to supplement an order.
We use a unit freight of 90 SEK (about 9€), which means that you pay the same price for the freight, regardless of what you order, provided it is sent to you in Post Office packages. The only exception is when ordering complete bikes, which cost slightly more because of their size and weight, currently 150 SEK (about 14€) / pc. This might seem unfair if you are ordering just a few things or small items, but then we have the option "Letter" which costs 50 SEK (about 5€). This option is however not always possible to use since the goods must fit within the recommended dimensions and weights by the Post Office to be able to be sent as letters, also they can not exceed the value of 400 SEK.
Important notice: To countries outside the EU (Norway, Iceland, Russia) other fees can be added as import tax.
You can pay for your items by Visa, MasterCard, EuroCard or Invoice (Fortus). We recommend that you use a Visa card, but for those of you who do not have a Visa or feel uncomfortable disclosing your card number online we offer an invoice option.
All handling of your credit card information goes via a 128-bit encrypted connection to our bank and you will get informed instantly whether the transaction has gone through or not. We do not store any information of your credit card information and it will get deleted immediately after the transaction. Active8sport does never take part of your card details. They are sent directly to our bank via our payment exchange´s secure connection. We are certified with "Verified by Visa" and "MasterCard SecureCode".
The delivery time is indicated on each product directly on the page. Stocked items are normally shipped the day after your order is sent to us. If you have ordered several products with different delivery times the package will get sent as soon as all of the goods are supplied, therefore, a product which has a short delivery time may still take longer to arrive if you at the same time have ordered a product which has a long delivery time.
Should your package be damaged in shipment so that the goods / products are unusable, or if something is missing, please contact us by phone 019-24 02 75 immediately. If you see that the package is damaged at the delivery point, please do not pick up the package but report the damage directly to the delivery point since it is the Post Office who is responsible for the package´s safety during transportation.
Information about Cookies
Under the Electronic Communications Act which came into force on 25th July 2003, shall everybody who visits a webshop / website be advised that cookies are used and given the opportunity to refuse such usage.
